Lorena is Quality Manager at 48forty Solutions, overseeing 39 recycled facilities across the United States. She is an Industrial & System Engineer with a Master in Business Administration (MBA) with nearly seven years in the pallet industry.
Lorena is proud to be part of the design, implementation and improvements of the Quality Management System (QMS) Program and works directly with customers to ensure pallets are meeting expectations. She provides 1-to-1 support based on the customer's need and while 48forty's offerings are unlimited, her goal is to make pallet management simple for customers.
