48forty Solutions Appoints Tony Brooks as Chief Executive Officer
Accomplished supply chain and logistics executive brings deep P&L leadership, large-scale operational expertise, and commercial growth capability to North America’s leading pallet management services company
Houston, TX — July 9, 2026 — 48forty Solutions, North America’s leading pallet management services company and provider of reusable asset reverse logistics services, today announced the appointment of Tony Brooks as Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Brooks is a proven commercial and operational executive, and a P&L leader with more than three decades of experience transforming large, complex supply chain and logistics organizations across transportation, distribution, warehousing, and fleet operations.
Mr. Brooks brings a distinguished career spanning some of North America’s largest and most demanding logistics and supply chain organizations. Most recently, he served as CEO of Go2 Logistics, where he transformed the business by implementing significant process improvements and operational efficiencies. Prior to that, he was President of LTL Transportation at XPO Logistics, where he held full P&L responsibility for a $4.1 billion business encompassing 350 locations and 23,000 associates. During his tenure, he materially increased EBITDA and EBITDA margins. Before XPO, Mr. Brooks served as Vice President of North America Field Operations at Sysco Corporation, overseeing a $2.6 billion budget and approximately 15,000 employees across 92 locations, and as Senior Vice President of Logistics at Dean Foods.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Brooks held senior operations and logistics leadership positions at Reyes Holdings, Sears Holdings Company, Dr Pepper/7-Up Bottling Group, Frito-Lay, and Roadway Express, where he consistently demonstrated the ability to build high-performance cultures, execute large-scale integration programs, drive structural cost improvement, and grow revenues.
Mr. Brooks holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Miami University and a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, where he also served as adjunct faculty in executive education.
